Danny and I laughed when we took this ornament out. We bought this in 2005 and had it personalized to say "adopted with love...2006 Lauren" Oh, how naive we were :).JPG)
We bought these in San Diego in 2005. We had just bought our bikes and were trying them out by biking all over San Diego. I always remember how much fun we had when I hang these ornaments..JPG)
We bought this last year. As many of you will recognize, it was created by my friend Steph from Jiinkin Kids. It states simply, "Waiting for you 2006"..JPG)
This ornament floods me with memories of Danny and I dating and all the wonderful memories since. What an awesome man I have been blessed to call my husband.

Maybe you can get a sharpie and switch that top on to say 2008...although, the 2006 part is a sweet memory of how innocent we all were in the beginning. I can hear Lauren now..."That's silly mom, I wasn't even born in 2006".

I love seeing people's ornaments and what they mean to them. I love yours!! Surely it won't be much longer. Next year you should have some sticky, home made ornaments on your tree. They will probably be moved around quite often as well. LOL!!
