Let the games begin!!
Did you catch the story of Lin Hao during the opening ceremonies? He is a 9-year-old survivor of the recent earthquake. 20 of his 30 classmates died in the earthquake. He survived, pulled himself out of the rubble, and saved 3 of his fellow classmates by pulling them from the rubble. His response to his actions that day? "...I'm the class leader, the hall monitor...it was my job."

LOVED the opening ceremonies!!! The story of Lin Hao was one of my favorite parts. He was so sweet walking with Yao Ming.... It's hard to imagine that little boy doing what he did. Pretty incredible is an understatement!
Was he not the sweetest thing?! I got teary watching him walk and wave those flags. He's the same age as Benjamin...I can't imagine!
The opening ceremonies were so amazing!! It was awesome to watch!
OHHHH I'm so excited to be home so I can watch all the stuff I recorded, including the opening ceremonies! Good stuff!
