The CCAA recently matched waiting families with their precious daughters once again, thus moving our paperwork up in line. The cut off date was officially posted as 2/17/06. They are inching toward us and it is all starting to feel a little less surreal. I am watching families who are in China now and cannot even imagine that it will be us there soon.

It won't be long now Mardi. My guess for you is, at the latest, Lauren's referral will be in the February batch! You are probably only 3...maybe 4 batches away....or maybe even sooner. It's so close. I'm so proud of you for holding on...I know it hasn't been easy.
We need to do lunch soon...or go for a jog together....or go for a jog and then eat lunch!
I'm ready to be doing some oohing and aahing over Lauren! It will help our days waiting go faster! Remember when we thought we might actually travel in the same group? That seems so crazy now!! :)
