After almost 3 years of watching from afar, there are signs that our time is just around the corner. Surreal...I sit at the computer putting in my school schedule and in the back of my mind, I wonder which day I will seat myself on a plane that will take me to my daughter. As I input my school dates, Dan is playing our messages from the bedroom. It's our adoption agency wanting to let us know we are very close to being matched and they want to talk about this next step for us. Us...they are calling us. I then check "Rumor Queen" and she is talking about rumors of a possible large batch this next month. How big? Us big???

Woo-hoo!!!! I can't even imagine how excited you must be. We are at the end of the month and are finally getting excited again for the first time in literally years. Can't wait to see what happens!

Shut up!! Did CHI really call you?! If I saw their name on my caller ID I think I would faint. How totally exciting. I think this is the first time I have heard someone say that they received a call from them prior to referrals coming in. Do you think they know something?! I can't wait to see what happens.
I'm overjoyed for you guys! This wait has been grueling and seeing you guys receive your referral is going to be the greatest shot in the arm the rest of us could hope for.
I'm just so happy for you...I've been telling everyone about how your time is coming and that it really truly does happen. Adoptions happen!!! Sometimes it is just so encouraging to see that they do, congratulations, my prayers and thoughts are always with you. I can hardly wait to here the date you will be leaving, and yes maybe just a little I am living through you...:)
