Long ago, at the beginning of our adoption process, I "met" Kayce on her blog and instantly found a friend. As we journey'd together through the waiting process, encouraging eachother like many bloggy friends who we met on the path to our daughgters, Kayce has grown in my heart to be an "old friend". Funny enough, I finally got to meet her for the first time this weekend! It was absolutely wonderful sitting on the patio and just simply talking together about our girls, life, etc. What a dream come true to see our girls play together as well! I am blessed to have met so many wonderful friends through our adoption process and there is definetly a bond that was created over those uncertain years that is so unique and awesome...

I felt the same way meeting Kayce. It felt like I was hanging out with an old buddy. I just wasn't thoughtful enough to take an pics.

So unique and awesome is right and so God! It was so wonderful to just be able to sit and talk and just share in real life. I'm so blessed to be able to share my life with so many beautiful women. I can't wait for the day we can say "cheers" again and have a laugh or two. Soon!!
